The minimum qualification is UACE.
A diploma or degree is an added advantage.
They need to have the following;

- Good at stakeholder engagement
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Good at public speaking
- Customer relations management
- Very hard working
- Self-driven and motivated
- Ambitious to grow themselves and those around them
- Yearn to learn more
- Good at forecasting new business trends
- Goal and target oriented
